My '07 Road king came with pins that turn less than half a turn. They have a slot that fits in a thick spring. You grip them by a ring that fold flat against the inside of the bag.
Is this anything that would work on a 2021 Harley Heritage? They are technically hard bags, but I believe the existing bolts go directly into a tapped bracket. No clips unless I am mistaken. The only alternative for quick release is an expensive detach kit.
