You can choose when to attend the appointment. If you want it in two weeks, you can do that. After payment it should tell you when to book the biometrics appointment by.
What did you apply? Did you upload 2 days before your appointment? If not, that was probably why. They advise you have to upload before 48 hours of your appointment.

What if u done some mistakes when u filing visa application , for example your Partner DOB and mobile number is wrong ? Will that effect your visa application ?
You should correct those information with a cover letter. These won't necessarily affect the application but you are supposed to take care when submitting applications. If there are mistakes you should inform them of the correct info.
The Home Office will tell you the next steps after paying as well as tell you the date you need to book your biometrics. You can scan your docs at the Visa centre or upload them yourself (which needs to be done before your appointment).

Check the file size of the bank statements. If you have technical problem contact UKVCAS direct or read the instructions from their website when uploading your documents.
No need to upload the online application form. If you are uploading in the UK, it will show you exactly what documents to upload and anything not on a specific category should be uploaded on the "Other" category.

Yes, you will need to get your parents (if they are the one paying for your fees) to sign the form. This can be a pdf document. If you have a joint account with your parents, then they need to sign part 2, if not then they need to sign part 3.

If it’s a home office due to unavailability of dates, it shouldn’t be a problem. In fact, they processed my paper work in one day after I submitted my biometrics and got my card in 10 days. So I’d say don’t worry it should be fine.

I don't think you can book your appointment unless you have paid your application fees. You will need to upload all documents before your biometrics. You won't be able to upload after the appointment.
They gave me two choices after I paid IHS Paying Online Paying at the center I chose payment at the center so now I have to take biometrics appointment and pay for the app fee, maybe this option exists here in Morocco, thank you so much for your sufficient informations 🙏

You usually have this option at the start of the application, not after submitting.

Are you a Skilled Worker Visa Dependant? You need to complete your application online and just explain why you didnt have your BRP.

The Home Office sometimes contact you for additional information before they make a decision.

How to download the application form later..if I have not done before?
Go back and sign into your application and you can download from there. I believe you have about 3 months and then it disappears from the system.

They must have made a mistake because fee waivers are not for ILR applications.

Did you pay for the application? And when is your appointment? If your appointment is within 48 hours it may not be possible to reschedule it.
