Think about being 23 and all those cameras everywhere. Id have embarrassed myself bad if I was famous at that age.
That calmness and composure that Loma has are not only accolades of his 396-1 amateur record, his double olympic gold medals and his professional record showing a style of boxing that is the most intellectually sharp and creative since the century switch. But under that composure he has fortified a dicipline and strenght of mind that is unmatched in boxing, maybe even over and across all sports.

Many times when we have seen a champion start to act out of character and show emotion like Haney just did whether it be real or fake it usually ends in a new champ being crowned.

I have this observation during the provision/guidelines of selection of gloves first, before Loma choose the gloves for his preference he was reminded that he cannot put his hand inside the gloves but for Haney's side the one who represented for Haney's gloves preference was allowed to put his hand inside, the question is why he was permitted to do that it seems something is there.
You can put your hand inside your own gloves but you can't do that for your opponent's gloves.
The more telling thing is Loma chose his own gloves so he knows his weapons. Haney didn't so he doesn't yet.
