You want to go from one place to the next, but you fall asleep along the way. When you wake up, you don't remember the journey, and you don't recognize where you are, and you don't know how to get back. The train is a ruin anyway, and the destination a map of yourself. And you're just wandering, sleeping, traveling without being awake, moving in place, unaware. The train nap just gets it all, somehow. Everything's lost and we're moving in place, and we've forgotten more than we remember.
Everything would fit with an ending where you fell asleep, travel without knowing where you are or where you want to go and when you fall asleep you wake up back in the train where you were right at the destination you wanted to go before you got on the train (might be wrong but this might fit better)
The craziest thing about this location is that it takes you from this train with calm music to the oblique hell, a hellish maze with some noises as ost
It reminds me of the end of vacation. In a month, the summer holidays will end. After the holidays, go back home and it becomes somehow sad, because soon will need to study or work again. Well, or it reminds me of moving, where live far from friends or becoming an adult and leaving family
This has quickly become one of my favorite 2kki songs. It absolutely nails the feeling of drifting between asleep and awake, stuck in transit. Love @aquacello3003's comment as well; it's such an intense and specific vibe that this song and scene portrays and I'm in love with it.
@@field_of_cosmos i only saw images in wiki and i didnt knew the same person from glitched butterfly world and other worlds was the same from adabana gardens. XD
This was a great moment in the game. Relaxing soundtrack, reminiscent of that long trainride some of us took to visit distant family. I certainly was shocked when I got out to the destination though, but that was a quality in itself.
@@unsuunsu9952 you can get the same thing offline, same translation and same version of the game. It's not that hard to set up. There are some benefits to doing this, including being able to fastforward the game to 3x and 10x speed at will (this really improves the pacing of the game especially in very large places with nothing much going on like Highway) and using debug mode which allows you to noclip and teleport to any map in a menu, and lastly not needing internet to play (what if you are on a plane, etc).
Well in my Context and spoilers for the offical ending of yume 2kki but Ive always seen Urotsuki still a Keychain a Dream Catcher of sorts And were in the Perspective of a Toy~ and in this case Dangling off someone who would be known as Shimako's Friend, atleast I beleave the very clawmachine they got us from is in Virtual City, and everytime Drowning is mention in any of the paths means Uro Along the way was dropped sinking~ altho we awaken back home... ofc this is just what i beleave in.

Best youtube comment I've ever read

Wow... I think you'll write a whole story! Your comment is so good!😀
i believe there’s no music that can capture the term sadness as much as this yume 2kki ost and i cant exactly explain how or why

Walking into qxy maps is like walking into a good memory
This sounds so nostalgic to me…

Actually, original filename "昔の夢" for english is meaning "the dream far away ago"
@@furretmilashka bruh after reading that and listening to this music, now I feel like crying because this hits way too close to home.

TRAINS?!?!?! KINO?!?!?
YUKARI
Life is like a train ride and the places we go to are the train stations we alight. One day, we will reach the last station in the line.
Thank you for uploading
I feel like the best version of this game to play for English speakers would just be the Yume Nikki Online version, that one is updates fully afaik
Plus just a much easier way to see this beautiful game

yeah the YNO project is the reason I'm able to experience Yume 2kki at all without having to figure out what patch to download.
