PREACH! As a fan who played 3 and 4 very much to the point of 100 completion on Playstation 2 I wouldn't want to fix what isn't broken. I'm enjoying Reload but when I heard Takahashi Azumi-san's vocals in Mass Destruction I thought both "why?" and "Where's Kawamura Yumi?!"
they took out the thing that made persona music, persona music which is more engrish. its down-down-down-down rather than dadadada, so her putting more emphasis into her da's just makes it sound different as well as the baby. that and whenever she does say baby it sort of goes downward in tune while she seems to struggle keeping into one line when she goes up with the dadadada. Not to mention the "nerfed" the beat drop which was always the most replayed part, the harmony between the vocals, the piano and trumpets made it so beautiful and unique.
Reload Mass Destruction reminds me of how I felt with the Ultimate Remix of Xenoblade 2s Counterattack. Its a banger but its missing something the OG had.
