Go bigger if you can. You can always turn it down. But the 150 would be fine
I find it produces a ton of flow. I have the cp120 I bought 2 of them thinking I would need both but running just one seems to be enough.

Jeboa is utter trash, I have so many broken pumps. This exact pump broke into pieces trying to clean it. Buy cheap buy twice in marine hobby.
