I went for a three hour guided walk through downtown Srinagar, across Jamia Masjid, Patthar Masjid, Maharajganj Bazaar, etc., just this week. AS Dulat trying to suggest that all the change is only along the Boulevard is him still living in denial about having been proven wrong so badly
Dulat was the weakest Raw head in Indian history.....just After 370 revocation, he was predicting dooms but he has always been wrong.... His policy was appeasement of Terrorists,by providing money & other benefits,which basically encouraged everyone to be a terrorist bec abusing & violence against India had economic benefits, ...
& who was providing those benefits - Dullat
That ecosystem made a lot of money in the process. Now Dulat in damage control mode, if anything can be found, they should all be rounded up and dumped in jail
Not to mention that he was the IB station head in Srinagar when militancy broke out. It was *HIS* job to provide intel. The army was guarding the borders, and the RAW is rensposible for external intelligence.
@@ranban282 Is hamaam mein sab nangey they - Mani Aiyar, Jairam, police, media, locals and their top leaders, hurriyat, ISI, Congress main leadership, RAW. No NIA, ZERO Accountability, lakhs of crores going into a non-economy and moving outside as fast as it came. Look up Roshni etc. Now the beneficiaries are kowtowing to the centre just like they kowtow to MBS in KSA, like hyenas awaiting for the next set of botis.

I learnt nothing concrete about kashmir or 370 or the people's reaction and road ahead after listening to him for 10 mins, just his own vague oscillating views and this guy was RAW chief 😢
Dullat was practically an incompetent r n aw chief, who was incapable of dealing with Kashmir! Some issues need bold and ingenuous solutions, and dullat was too timid to take those kind of risks that doval could take! Dullat instead called pandering to the problem, rather than dealing with it his solution😂, and that was his approach! What a docile pooch of an inherently dangerous game!
Not ton mention his incompetence in the IB. He was the Srinagar station chief in 1989, and the Govt was caught napping.
Mr. Dulat contradicts himself over the course of 9 mins. In the first half, he notes his opposition to abrogating 370 because it was already toothless. In the second half he notes that abrogating 370 has ended separatism.
Dulat is a Congress stooge.....always has been wrong on Kashmir. He is dead wrong too when he says "sympathisers have increased".
