Okay so 1) as someone who is deathly afraid of conflict because they weren't ever given examples of or training in healthy conflict as a kid this was STRESSFUL but also SUCH a good example of how to have these kinds of conversations. (My darling cohost at the top of that list, of course.) And the more you surround yourself with people who love the !#$!@* out of you, the more you realize the fear of the conflict is always worst than the dealing of the conflict itself.
