If you can find one, I’d say give it a try. The caged cars are cramped and uncomfortable, steering is pretty tough to do if there’s uneven weight of the 2 riders (no single riders!), and if you manage to be upside down at the bottom of the wheel, prepare for some very nasty forces. Other than that, it’s a great ride! 😂. Thanks for the compliment. I do appreciate it.
Nice to see old style amusement rides are still around. We had a gas engine Twister ride in the 60's that operated at Whitney's Playland at the Beach in San Francisco. Also had the Paratrooper and a double ferris wheel (Skywheel) and Traband and Roller plane and Rock O Plane!!!!!! 👍
I agree 100%. I do wish there were some more Sky Wheel’s out there. Such a unique and actually rather scary ride. Twister can be insane if the op knows what they are doing. Hence why I’ll just watch from a distance! Thanks for watching. 😀
@@RayPVideos Yup I agree. Although I went to Playland in San Francisco many times before it was demolished in 1972, I only rode the Twister once. Preferred watching it operate instead of riding on it!!!!!! 👍
Agreed. Also a big 👎 to the “No Single Riders” rule on Music Fest. Seriously never have seen that rule on a Matterhorn ride before. In addition, Scat seemed to have one slow pod, the Paratrooper was a bit slow, and their Sizzler is a weird one as one arm spins fast while the other two run at slow and even slower speeds. 🤷🏻♂️
You’re correct. It’s an old “rim drive” model. Not sure what the actual year is though. Still, it runs much slower than most Zippers I have seen, and I believe it only went in one direction.
@@RayPVideos Not sure if your familiar with Shaw and Sons Amusements, but they have a old 70s zipper too. It also only runs in one direction, but it runs kinda fast.
Yes it is. They have really come a long way these past few years by picking up some excellent new (Carnage) and classic (Twister, Scat) pieces. Not to mention, they are one of only 2 or 3 owners of a Chance SkyDiver. I wish them nothing but the best in the years to come.
I want to try a Sky Diver so bad! Great video as always!

I enjoy the video
Lake county fair Painesville Ohio is open 😊 and I love your videos
I’ll be there tonight… video will follow. And thank you so much for the compliment. I do appreciate it! 😃
I didn't know they had the Angry Birds Paratrooper there. And they're running it backwards?!
Midway of Fun used to own that.
That has to be the slowest Zipper and Music Fest I've ever seen. Are they afraid it's gonna fall apart if it runs faster?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that zippers looks like one of the old 70s models.

Dang that Zipper is slow 😂
Told ya! 🤪
@@RayPVideos nobody better have gotten sick on it with it going that slow
That is the slowest zipper ride not enough power i ran this ride for 3 years i cannot believe they ran That
What is shame they that people who don’t know what they’re doing operate this ride.
Is that Lisko Family shows on the midway ?
