Thanks mate, really helpful video. I just installed cruise control which didnt work. Tested with OBDeleven and turned out to be exactly the same issue. It seems my clutch pedal doesn't reach the switch as if there is something missing, so have made a little extender out of bits in the garage and all is well 👌
All 2001 should have it. I should have one switch/lever extra somewhere that you can have for 20e + postage, assuming you live in Finland. It does not have correct plug though, but instead abikos you can install into the plug under your dashboard.
Thanks for that! Iam also from finland. But I found it when I bothered to check and yes there is an electric pedal. I also found the cruise connector easily, thanks for your good advice!
Connect vcds and diagnose it. If you don't have it, open the switches and inspect them visually for wear and using a multimeter check that they function correctly. Most likely it's a faulty clutch or brake pedal switch if it has been working previously.

What color wires are connected to the clutch pedal switch?
It's a 2 pin connector: purple/yellow and brown/blue. You don't have that switch plugged in?
Change the clutch conector ! Otherwise the regulator begin to work at 30 km/h only.
? It is supposed to start working > 30 km/h.
Good Video very Good
