Hi guys, thanks for a great video on this beastie. I have two concerns that I haven’t been able to find closure. If you take one over the bow we now have an instant swimming pool. Two concerns: 1. Is the front access door suitably watertight to prevent ingress, and 2. Regarding that tiny little drain-hole on the floor just as you pass through the front door - is this enough to drain quickly? I think this will be prone to blockage easily.. thoughts?
@rickyanthony Thanks, appreciate your comment 👍 Yeah, I also came to this conclusion after further discussion with my local dealer a month ago. Interestingly, the dealer said that Saxdor has recognised that the drainage could be improved and may address this. Let’s wait and see. Nevertheless, the wise captain would try to avoid tempting fate in the first place with this boat design. Thanks again for your feedback. Cheers!
Love it but every boat needs two side doors, like the Axopar, that is what's keeping me from the Saxdor, although I like the layout better than the 29 Axopar, we're going with the AX. But obviously you get more room in the pilot house of the Saxdor. I'd like to see and drive one.
Sorry to shatter your dissolutions, but as a marine mechanic, this is the worst boat I’ve ever had to work on. Bar none. Between the terrible integration of the master volt and Combi master integration with solar power that seems to displace power in the wrong places throughout the boat at any point in time, it is also been a nightmare to work on and is incredibly impractical. Don’t get me wrong. It takes the chop well , but thats about it. Oh and seat mechanism are shit
Great video.keep it up😊
Great tour
My big dream - I´m really into this boat
Sensational isn't it? Definitely the stuff of dreams!
I hope can get it one day 👍🏻
Trying to find a boat show to see it in person 😊
There are 2 drain scuppers port side and another to stBd

Wait, what? The head is just open like that? That's a terrible design.
