You are looking at ,in beginning, is the remains of Indeck Energy TF powerplant that sold steam to Strathmore paper. (the old wooden buildings) It was a 23 Megawatt coal fired steam plant built 1987-1989 Around 1995 Strathmore shutdown and Indeck's electrical contract with Unitil was bought out. Indeck TF ended operations in Dec 1997.The large "tower" was the coal silo. In 2006, the main equipment was dismantled and shipped overseas ,all that's left is the concrete foundations
