Guys, this a national threat. I have since 2011 owned my retirement property in eastern TN, with me being in SE TX. I received 2 calls from my future neighbors up there 3 months apart. They were asking what I was asking for my property. I replied it's not for sale, a for sale sign had been placed there by a realtor in the area. This happened 2 separate times back to back. Because we are building tons of tiny walled housing abominations all over, taking out small cities, raising school taxes for old residents, pilling homes along the freeway next to Walmarts, destroying Texas one 'California style' abomination at a time. It is planned and on purpose...dystopia in real time for profit. Worked in California...!

A law needs to be passed that no land or tax office can give out any information on property or property owners. Also in that law the true owner should be protected just like you are protected on your debit card.

Deed transfer paperwork would have fingerprints of the Seller on any legitimate documents. Correct?

What I would do I would look at how warning adjustments come out of the public
I mean we know all y'all do certain things underground or above the atmosphere that's not really the biggest problem the biggest problem is the unknown attention to invisible chemicals
And then having certain companies being the blame when they ain't got nothing to do with it it's other ones pull structures
'Real Estate Agent' - a lying criminal. I started marketing online BEFORE google. Over a decade working with real estate. Owned listings until Zillow and such all BOUGHT listings on GOOGLE and it all became a scam...like EVERYTHING online.The crookedest, scamming trash I ever dealt with. Last 10 years before I retired I refused to take a RE client!!!

Too many middle men in the system. Land should go through the state.
