I cant understand that adoption thing...u want this child so bad , u r ready to take care of this child and give all love and all this child needs... This child needs a family, parents that love it and take care of it...so bad past and so bad memory..poor childs in this areas... Why cant they let u take this little child n give it a hopefull future...what kinds of humans dont let u take a child with u that need a famil?? Cant understand...so bad that it takes so much time and papers ect..do u remember how long one single day is when un where a child...remember how long the time from.1st december to christmas felt for u!!??? Give this child to the parents that love him and take care that he has a future...what is ur problem...so much years...so bad for the children ...the damage in there hearts n souls is so hugh and getting bigger every single day...
The laws changed in Uganda and got stricter due to companies stealing people's children and selling them to foreigners for adoption, so they made it harder
The paper work is required because the parents cannot be fully trusted. They could be anyone In the older years people used to adopt children and sell them off as prostitutes. With so many problems in hand all that paper work is required

maybe it was not god who did this. i mean what god would let this lttiel boy and millions of others suffer in the first place? m,aybe it was just these 2 incredibly strong people that made this happen. i am not a believer in god, no way, i mean who offers their kid for death to prove anything? i am a believer of karma. these people lived well, helped others when they could, and dedicated their life to helping this kid. thats why they got him, cuz they deserved him.
