Useful information . I wish we had done the due diligence before as well as the Bank Gurantee for the project for the Redevlopment. Since RERA is there in Tamil Nadu and other states since 2016 , can they be called upon to give useful inputs to avoid future disputes based on their experience faced in legal cases . A draft GPA with must to avoid the pitfalls as well as for the Constrcution Agreement .
