if we use BERT embeddings or ada-002 embeddings instead of bow/tf-idf we can get better accuracy as these embeddings will create the weighted vectors based on the meaning the word holds in the sentence instead of directly converting it to vector spaces. Can even crank the accuracy upto .85 and F1-score will also be better

When we have 6000 columns in bow for both columns question1 and question2 we have duplicated column names for all 3000 columns so every column now has a duplicate column name so xgboost is not fitting on tha data and showing feature name must be unique any solution for that
