Love the track. Bought this album way back in 1988. Twist In My Sobriety was an enigmatic track which stood out far from the crowd. From your second album The Sweet Keeper I really like Sunsets Arrived. Its marvelously put together with a great stop and start rythm and slickly produced backing.

After all these years I still love this beautiful song catching the poetry of imagination of love . I still regularly play it on acoustic guitar as in the style of cd version and still love it like the first time..
Loved your songs and your singing from the very first time your "Twist" hit me. Lovely to hear this as fresh as ever. I saw you in Glasgow when you were in your teens and again more recently when you signed my programme from the concert way back with a laugh and a "That was a long time ago!" I have a photo of the two of us as a treasured memory. Stay safe and keep singing, every good thing helps us get through the lockdown.

I hope you don't mind my saying so, but I *far* prefer this version to the one on your first album. For me the production by Peter van Hooke and Rod Argent was overdone, with your lovely guitar playing replaced by glossy keyboards. I'd love to be able to hear the Andy Kershaw session you did, as those songs are good enough to stand stripped back.
I got old and fat, she's still, no, she is better off than 30 years ago.
