@@wraithmedaberry5795ls7s don't have lifter issues, they have issues dropping valves. The afm lifters are the ones that fail. The ls7 lifters are the ones you use to get rid of afm lifters

@@Roadhouse1997Thats exactly how it works on the vette. The numbers stay the same, a light comes on for kph or mph depending on what you've selected in the DIC.

Gm isn't that bad at all, I'm very happy with my 17 ATS V and it's at over 100k miles now, still a great daily driver and I've used it for the past 15k as a cross country tourer

One of my favorite cars love the c6 zo6 and zr1. They pull so hard over 200 Kph 120 mph .it’s insane. From 220 to 300 is incredible
C6Z is still the best corvette for the money. Aged amazing

Got stuck behind traffic, it's naturally aspirated, manual, isn't a quarter million + supercar and still reached 280 without a sweat, truly impressive.

That plastic shit happened to my C6 as well. Right after I changed the pads and rotors, pumped the brakes to set the pads and the pedal bottomed out. Thought I had blown a brake line, turned out that plastic cover had broken and caught the pedal arm
Yeah im sorry to hear that must have been frustrating when you spend your own hard earned money on a car that was built so carelessly to repeat these same mistakes. Like also in so many other models or even the tesla cybertruck

Ah, the Corvette experience. My C4 almost killed me when the 30 year old floor matt decided it wanted to keep the throttle wide open through a turn. Nothing a drill and some zip ties couldn't fix, still love the car

Lots of hate for the vettes because of its status of being an affordable dream sports car but they are truly amazing to drive. Hit the nail on the head, he’s been in countless amounts of vehicles from old economy cars, to JDM Classics, to sports hatchbacks, to sports cars, to even high end super cars and even had some chances in some hyper cars yet here he is giggling like a little girl when driving an old c6 zo6. Truly encompasses the idea of the vette.

That's the way the car was meant to be driven. I had an 84' Vette, and it beat you up until you hit 90 mph. I raced another Vette and got up over 160. Because of the poor ground effects in those days, it was dancing on air. I raced my on the Long Beach gran prix track, and it was great fun.

You know you barely ever see Misha smiling and laughing like that, and that REALLY tells you something about the mighty 427 C6 ZO6. In my humble opinion this and the C6 ZR1 are the greatest two Corvettes of all time, with the C7 ZR1 a close 2nd. Not a single thing out of Ford can make you smile like that. The sound, the manual transmission, and a big fat V8. Absolutely sick, wicked and nasty!!!

As an American who has driven many of these, this is a first for me.
From 2010 to now, I've driven almost every model z06 and zr1.
Never once has this happened to me... Not once.
I remember opening the driver side door on my new Camaro ZL1 once, and the entire plastic door panel being stuck in the "closed" position. That door split in two like an Oreo.
Genuine American build quality.

Ive had control issues including the brake and clutch go to the floor in cars, heavy equipment, and twin cams above 85...grab clutch/neutral and aim for something that looks soft
