I actually went on this from Lechmere Greenline extension elevated platform to Northeastern University. One thing I can say about the Union square extension they are actually cleaner than a New York City Subway station. For a group of 6 people they only need to pay $14.40 base fare $2.40 Compare it to something like New York City 2nd Avenue Subway $16.50 base fare $2.75. Cost to ride T Green line extension beats 2nd ave Subway by $2.10 for 6 passengers. My question is this are the Type 9 CAF Urbos Trams used here or not? If not Lechmere Tram Depot only has Type 7s & Type 8s like 3878. Frank is also on the buses like the 69 bus Lechmere to Harvard University CT2 Northeastern University to Sullivan Square via MIT and 1 bus Dudley to Harvard University via MIT.
So the Type 9's cannot operate on the E branch because the plug type doors don't have a stop sign on them like the bi-folding ones on the 7's and 8's. What this means is the 9's can't run in mixed traffic because there is no way for them to enforce stopping of other vehicles. However, I think once the Medford branch opens and Union Square is assigned to the D branch, the 9's will operate on that portion of GLX.
@@maxtransit You mean Tufts University station then the E branch gets type 9. That means the Lechmere Tram depot must be capable of maintaining their Type 9s.

Frank is everywhere on the T, except for the commuter rail. Wonderful to hear you liking the project and the trip!

I Wish frank didnt retire that new person sounds a bit weird
Well Frank does some voice work, still. He has done voices for the new vehicles, just not the Green Line.
