Hello This Design needs some improvements, I didn't determine that, its basically to show parts of the vibrating table But The springs used have to be compression springs, they need to be strong enough to hold the weight of the vibrating table top and the concrete pavers during vibration and with all this weight the springs should have some a bit of extension left. because during vibration the table top will move up and down so we need that extra extension for this movement. otherwise if You're a designer maybe there is some physics math involved.
Great Idea, I think those exercise machines are designed for exercise and will come in expensive, it's a bit sketchy to use something like that as a vibrating table but if it works for you, you may choose that..

Can’t you just use a Vibration Plate Exercise Machine and put a big bored on top of it?
