- While I was in town for Music City Multicon SOOO many people told me I should check out Game Terminal in Nashville. Nintendrew, his wife and my BFF Dan decided to check it out and we were not disappointed. I didn't know it was FREE to play all these great classic games! The beer was great, I didn't try the food, they did have a lot of pinball that did cost tokens as well as some more modern arcade games but all the classics were free. And so many of my favorite classic arcade games from Tapper, Blue Print, Mr Do's Wild Ride and so many more. I love it! I can't wait to go back.

its no problem thanks for the awesome video!
I didn't want to say anything but glad u corrected it haha
A couple of months ago my wife and I took a little weekend trip to Nashville, and one of the nights we were there we came to Game Terminal. Neither of us drink, but we both had an absolute BLAST at this place checking out the classic arcade games (and she's not even a gamer). I can't recommend this stop highly enough to anybody who loves classic arcade games and pinball machines. You'll be like a kid in a candy store.
Oh man.. The nostalgia is mad in this one. I would LOVE to visit there one day. Looks freaking amazing!
Thanks John for this awesome upload.
Thanks for taking us all on the road trip with you down memory lane, Johnny. Fun to see all the classics once again.
It was just one after another after another.
Those classic arcade was very rare, like back to 80s. Must required lots of money to maintain. Very Nice machine 👍
I'm dead and that is heaven lol!😂 So many many memories there. Thanks for taking us along in your arcade adventures bro. Good showing and cool video John!👉😃👈
indeed.
Another awesome video! I wish I could do a live speedrun on one of these cabinets! I wish I could go to such an establishment!
My friend had Star Castle in his room when I was in Jr high. Hard game.
Pure nostalgia right there and definitely needs to be on my vacation destination radar thanks for sharing
they had so much cool stuff there!
Wow, what an amazing place! Free play arcade games too? Incredible. I’m a huge pinball fan and seeing that many lined up😍
Man, I wish Nashville was closer, very cool place.
SAME! I'd visit all the time if it was closer. Seattle has a few cool arcades but not like this.
Ive been there...AMAZING arcade!!
It really is. So many recommended it. Glad I went.
I’m lucky,in my home town in the UK we have a retro arcade. I have been several times as I grew up in the arcades of the eighties. The place is fantastic even my seven year old loved it.👍
I went there about a year and a half ago, it was a pretty cool arcade. Looks like they got some new machines since I was there.
I'll go back.
Hey 👋 great video. Nice to see all those old arcade games. Did they have Street Fighter 2?? That is my favorite 😁
Doesn't sound familiar but you'd hope they would.
There was a Putt-Putt near me that had Lucky and Wild. It's the only place I've ever seen it. Super fun game!
good shout out for mappy. underrated legend
I love everything about that game.
That was an incredible arcade!!! Anytime you see Star Castle and Kangaroo you know the place is top notch. By chance did they have Shinobi and Super Pac-Man???? Those are two more of my favorites that you rarely see. Really enjoyed this video!
@johnriggs I'm glad you got to go here while in town.
Zookeeper! I was silently judging the lack on zookeeper on this video until it finally showed up six and half minutes in!
Next time you’re in the Chicagoland area, you need to go to The Galloping Ghost. It’s the largest arcade in the USA. You pay when you come in and all 885+ games are free play. They also have a separate building which is all pinball
JohnRiggs, you should definitely check out Galloping Ghost Arcade in Brookfield, Illinois. This arcade has over 900 games to choose from. Heck, it has some unreleased arcade titles like the canceled Primal Rage II, for example. Seriously, man. You'll love it!
Nice video review. Would love to have something like this in LA.
4:04 can confirm Guardians of the Hood was technically Pit Fighter 2, I think a couple of the characters returned if I remember right? didn't play a ton of that one but may need to revisit it in MAME one of these days! but seems like a really cool arcade for sure.
Its impressive that they have a Tattoo Assassins cab. The game was never officially released.
Data east programmer Kevin martin worked on that title, he had 1 of 3 that existed and that one got destroyed in Pittsburgh flood, look up papa flood
So many great Arcade games there that I have played. I could spend the whole day at that place....except I would be in a beer and food coma by 2pm.
i'm definitely checking this out this weekend. How can you turn down free video games in a tourist place ?
Awesome looking place. Did you see a Gyrus machine? One of my all-time favorites. Thanks for the video.
I'm pretty sure I saw one. I've seen one at the last few arcades I've visited.
wow that place looks incredible!
it truly is.
Riggs, did it have WWF Wrestlefest?
I feel like I'm the only wrestling fan who follows your channel.
I didn't see that there. Or Superstars. But all good, they had plenty of other stuff. Would've been nice if they had a row that was those, mat mania, ect.
I live literally 45mins from nashville and never knew that was there now im definitely heading there asap
Worth the drive!
Looks cool. You should do more arcade videos. 👍
The Tron controller for their in house beer tap is gangsta. Lucky and Wild, man I played the heck out of that with my two best friends, we would rotate out between driving and shooting. Everyone should try Krull, it is super solid.
I thought it was a great idea.
Loved the Reactor theme at the end. Nice touch.
classic! they had the game but the music was turned all the way down :(
i didnt know they had a KRULL arcade game Wow!
classic!
Hanster's Arcade Archive has Vs. Castlevainia on Nintendo Switch.
I think I just found Heaven.
wow that place looks so badass!!
It is!

SINISTAR 🤣 My dog gets really scared when I play SINISTAR on my SNES. He hides underneath the bed in the spare bedroom. 🤣🤣 I think the voice really freaks him out. I still kinda suck at SINISTAR 🤣
That looks fun as hell
Please tell me you went to McKay's
I wish I had that kind of time off with that kind of gas money maybe next year 🥊🎮
It’s always disappointing to see any gaming business have to lean on alcohol to survive though 💫
I had friends that weren't drinking. They also have a full menu for food and snacks.
Fantastic place!
After Checking ID's? you need an ID to play games in an arcade? That's odd.
Check IDs for alcohol sales. But kids are welcome, just can't drink without a wristband.
@@JohnRiggs ohhh i see
Highly engaging!
I’m not sure how they stay in profit. No admission and no charge for arcades? Must sell a lot of booze or mini golf 🤷🏼♂️
Definitely the food and drinks. Not 1 quarter at a time.
John your so cool
cool
