Hey apple, @ 16:30 the label you are looking for is called "switchable smart film" or "switchable smart glass" depending if the film is embedded in between the glass itself or on the outside of it. it is then activated by touch or by remote. This tech started taking off where I reside a few years ago. I Hope this helps. great job.
Opaque is the term I think describing the master bedroom’s bathroom. They are PDLC smart glasses

It is not even close to japanese style mansion or even a tokyo style house/mansion, how on earth they called it a “Tokyo Mansion”? A lot of wasted spaces and cluttered elements of design. The design is very unfriendly and safe to elderly and child member. BUT THE PRESENTATION OF VIDEO PROPERTY IS WELL PRESENTED BY AV PROPERTIES VERY CLASSY HOUSE TOUR BY MS. APPLE.
