Hey apple, @ 16:30 the label you are looking for is called "switchable smart film" or "switchable smart glass" depending if the film is embedded in between the glass itself or on the outside of it. it is then activated by touch or by remote. This tech started taking off where I reside a few years ago. I Hope this helps. great job.
Transparent a clear mirror that you can see the other side, translucent you can see the silhouette or shadow behind the mirror but not clear and opaque like rocks, walls, stones, plastics and woods you cannot see what is at the other side.

Opaque is the term I think describing the master bedroom’s bathroom. They are PDLC smart glasses

Who needs a live-in maid nowadays? She can come every weekend to clean up. The owners can use a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer during the week.
