My riding experience with the rain trousers and jacket:
Pros:
1. Definitely breathable and all the add on's like zipper etc works.
2. Keeps u dry in light showers
Cons:
1. It does keep u dry to some extent in moderate and heavy showers, but my t-shirt and vest got wet in the abdominal area. And maybe it's not because of the trousers but due to rain water stagnation on the bike seat while riding for long that my inners got drenched. If u can fix these issues, it will definitely be great.
Thank you so much for your feedback. It is a known issue but unfortunately, abnormal stretch and water accumulation let the water slowly seeps through the membrane. The best way to avoid this is to keep standing up in between to prevent water stagnation. Having said that no garment is going to be 100% waterproof. The idea is to try and stay dry as long as possible. The better material you spend on the longer you might stay dry.
@@ViaterraGear maybe u can make a material for the bottom area so that water does not seep into the inners 😁
@@tangkamlnsangma6574 I dont know if you have noticed, we have dual layer all around the crotch. Outer more heavier fabric which is also waterproof and the inner ripstop fabric.
@@ViaterraGear yup I did notice but still then the water seeps through..so my suggestion would be to wear it and try it out in moderate rain..and maybe u guys can find a suitable material to rectify it..🙏
Had purchased viaterra condor..the rain cover is getting torn. Are extra rain covers available. And by the way viaterra condor works excellent..keeps my clothes, electronics completely dry even in heavy showers...👍👍👍

Can we have the zipper on the outer side....preferably a two way zipper...Running full length or atleast from bottom to 4-6 inches above knee area so that wearing can become a breeze without opening even taller adventure boots... Anyways no grumble about this pant... It's an awesome product👌👍

Yes it can be wornn over the adventure boots as well.
How good is the protection from heavy rain? Will there be any seepage?
No, the pants are designed to prevent any water ingress.
@@ViaterraGear Have purchased the gear. Northeast experiences heavy monsoons..the rain gear works fine with drizzles but let's see what happens when I try it out in heavy downpour.
