If you riding a bike in Phoenix get a really really good lock. Make that two locks and a chain. I've gotten more bikes than I can count stolen in Phoenix and yes they had locks on them. I'm talking run in to use the bathroom at Safeway. Lock the bike up in front of security standing out front. Come back and bike is gone security says they know nothing.

I am glad you took us on a tour on your bike, it's a good mode of transportation. I rode a bike back in 95 we had a bad cold freeze in S.C I had to use plastic to wrap around my work clothes then put on 4 layers of sweat pants and sweat shirts wear 2 heavy jackets, I could barely move but it took 2 hours to ride to work it started at 9 P.M till 6 A.M didn't matter if it rained or snowed I went to work, I did get hired on full time not because I rode a bike but because I was at work everyday and worked like I drove a car and wanted the job. I moved up to a moped, then a car and bought a brand new house the first year on payroll and I did well with that Company. I proved to myself and the people at my new job and family that I can do anything I set my mind to, I learned that I had focus, determination and perseverance and I was 30 years old I was 5'5 and 130lbs. NEVER SELL YOURSELF SHORT. I am still moving obstacles I just had to learn to move the smaller ones first.

It's important to get the free loaders that don't pay to get on the light rail. They generally cause problems....lots of them and make the light rail unsafe.
The more they ticket or arrest trespassers then the honest and fare paying light rail passengers are happy.

I’m near I-17 and Thunderbird, I love my neighborhood. I think the more North you go on I-17, the nicer it is. Anthem is gorgeous and by I-17.
That is ghetto area, off 17 is ghetto south of 101. North phoenix cave creek and 101 is decent, but 17 is trash

I live 4 blocks away from 19th Ave where you were at food city. We shop there. We have a 1 BR apt and pay $1000. No pool. I love your E-bike I just got myself 9,000 in debt for a car. I rode busses and light rails for several years. Thanks for your videos!

Nice new E-bike. Looks like a fast and very efficient way to get around! Be careful going through those intersections! I saw you were riding through some of the canals. I haven't ever cycled through the canals.
I have a straight up rode bike, but I didn't do any cycling from March 2020 until April 2023.
I stared back cycling ~April 2023. I love cycling! It's very relaxing.
Those three rent prices sound very reasonable. I still have some tenants who are still paying the old rent prices for single family homes I own. I didn't raise those tenants rent to market rent.

I’m from St. Louis been in Phoenix 12 years and we did the same moved to 27th and Indian school. Compared to where we came from it was pretty nice. Everyone else said it was the hood. used to live in Baltimore MD and cops do that at all train station coz high school kids just hop and never pay lol but I think when they get a report coz you know they have cameras on the train and the machine so if they don't see you used the machine and saw you on a train they're gonna check your ticket, high school boys do that all the time

how do you go to the store and get groceries on that bike? No way to carry them back IF your bike is still where you left it when you walked into the store.
GET A rear rack
Pannier bags or basket work well. Even a backpack is good enough if you shop frequently. I just bring my bike into the store if I see hobos outside. It's the same size as a shopping cart and no employee cares enough to bother me
