Heat gun. The adhesive is very sticky.

bit of a BS video - digitizer and battery have clearly been taken out of that ipad before,they never come out as easy as that first time,but it gives someone an idea of what to do,i would recommend looking at some other videos first before anyone tries to do a battery change
