Hmmm,lots of delicious fingerlicking food. Much variation on kebabs and other minced beef variations.The prices of the (fast)food are relatively low.In Holland the prices will be 3 times higher.The sellers look like experienced pro,s and hygiene of the workspaces is double thumbs up.Turkish kebab influences also in Tehran.I am not that much into fastfood anymore because of health reasons.Fast food is very tasty but not so healthy in the long run.That being said; once in a while i can really enjoy a tasty kebab,good Italian pizza,Shawarma.I saw that there were also fried chicken and Seafood stalls.And karaoke for those who like to sing along:-))Tehran is not different than any other big city in the world.

@@travelwithme.20 I am always more interested in authentic home cooking.I find it more rewarding simply because it took many many years to develop and adapt into something tasty and nutricious.I haven,t eaten Abghousht yet but as i understand it it is a one pot soup/stew with cow or lamb meat accompanied with chickpeas or white beans and potato and some vegetable.Served with fresh Nan or Lavash bread.There is a Iranian restaurant nearby where i live i will check if they serve abghousht.Sometimes i make a similar slow cooked one pot stew with Ox tail,brown beans and a small mix of 2-3 vegetables.I like my stew a bit thick.I eat a portion with 2 slices of toasted and buttered whole wheat bread.

@@travelwithme.20 I have seen some vlogs about Iran since oktober last year so my insight about Iran is slightly above average i guess.The algorithms of UA-cam have bombarded me since then with all kinds of Iranian vloggers.Most of them i find annoying because they try to lure viewers with clickbaits of women with tight dresses and accentuated front and backside.I ignore these video's.If the cover is that shallow the content will be shallow and superficial.There are 2 Persian restaurants in my hometown,neither serve Abgousht.I guess it,s too time consuming and costly in energy.So i will try to make it myself with a Internet recipe.

During this period, change the water of the beans several times so that it does not smell bad. After this time, drain the beans and wash them with warm water. Abgousht meat should be mutton with bones and fat. Cut the meat into medium pieces and put it in the pot. Put the pot on low heat until the fats are heated and melted. Peel and wash the onions. Keep one of the onions completely intact and grate another onion. When the fats have melted a little, put the grated onion in the pot and sprinkle a little turmeric on it and fry well until the color of the onion changes. until the onions are fried, peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. Divide the tomatoes into halves and add them to the meat and the rest of the ingredients together with the potatoes. Add peas and beans to the pot and add 4 to 5 glasses of water to cover all the ingredients. Cover the pot and let the broth cook for 6 to 7 hours When half of the cooking time has passed, pour a tablespoon of oil into the pan to heat it up. As soon as the oil heats up, immediately add tomato paste, lemon and salt and pepper until they are roasted. In this way, the food will be fragrant and tasty, and your broth will be well mixed with oil. Pour the obtained sauce into the broth and let it cook for another 1 hour. Isn’t $3 expensive as hell in Iran just for a cheeseburger? I have friends there that I’ve met online that told me most regular young people only earn $250 to $300 in a month.

My good friend is here in the center of Tehran and every group of people is here, but the relatively price of food in Iran is expensive. In the affluent areas of the city, the price of food is much more expensive.🌺🌻🌹
