That's the magic of truth.
I love what he says about those who walk as if they're trying to get there, and those who walk as if they've already arrived. I deal with them every rare occasion that I go to church, mainly, because I find it saddening to see so many lost souls searching outside of themselves for something that is within them. They even tell you in church, "The kingdom of heaven is within you, and he who knows himself shall find it." The moment you have an awakening, is like arriving in heaven, and everything that happens after it, is a whole new experience! It feels like being born again, because you're looking at the world with a new pair of eyes. I searched for God, and found only myself. I searched for myself, and found only God.

Knowledge is pieces of the puzzle....... understanding is the bigger picture of the puzzle........ sentience 'self knowledge ' is an essential piece........ when you fit yourself into the bigger picture, you become one with the universe........ at the center of the universe........ that's called enlightenment or illumination......... but I would avoid any reference to oneself as 'god' that's a good way to get yourself crucified

The idea that the earth was round can be dated back to 600 BC in Greece. It was more widely accepted around the 3rd century (300 BC-201 BC) The idea that the Earth floated in space was concocted circa 500 BC. Note: time was “labeled” differently back then. for example, year 3000, year 420, year 69, year 0, year 1, year 2… and so on.
Job 26:7: “. . .He [God] hangs the earth on nothing” The book of Job was supposedly written at 2100 BC.
Proverbs 8:27: “. . .when He drew a circle on the face of the deep. . .” Proverbs was possibly written between 970 and 686 BC
Isaiah 40:22: “it is He who sits above the circles of the earth. . .” Isaiah was written between 739 and 680 BC.
This one doesn’t pertain to cosmology, but it refers to divine revelation nonetheless. So you know how the Euphrates River is drying up? Well, guess what? People in the Bible are saying: “Been there, done that.” Read on to learn more.

1) No persecution would have started if He hadn’t come back (even the disciples thought Jesus would never make the ultimate comeback)
2) The Roman soldiers would have paid with their lives if they failed at their jobs
3) there was a 2-4 ton rock that 11-12 guys would have to move (The disciples deserted Him, remember? They didn’t have any help. Everyone said, “Crucify Him!” major L to those opposed to Jesus)
4) there was a Roman seal which was a metal pin that sealed the tomb stone (they would have to break that off; there were well-trained Roman guards there as well).
5) Stealing the Jesus’s body isn’t something the disciples would do (besides Judas. Although he hung himself after feeling remorse for betraying Jesus).
6) the disciples wouldn’t die for what they knew would be a lie. (The lie being Jesus never made the ultimate comeback. They were called to not be liars. I mean, they hung out with the Son of God/God in the flesh. Come on, now).

When I was in about 5th grade and the teacher was talking about the big bang, I said well if before the big bang there was nothing and space is basically the hole caused by the big bang than nothing must be something for it to have a hole blown in it and the whole class laughed at me, of course they have all forgotten that but I never did and now in my 50s I hear that more and more. Sometimes validation is slow to come and best enjoyed quietly within ones self. 😉
Well not for nothing, all the big bang does is explain the conceivable universe and speaks nothing to that in which it is contained with the universe being infinitesimal this is quite a bit unexplained that wouldn't necessarily be "nothing"

I think the gospel of Thomas, a gnostic scripture, shared the same sentiment. "The kingdom of God is within you and all around you, not in mansions of wood and stone...". A universal, eternal truth hidden in plain sight for millenia.
I think it is necessary to fill one's mind ( inner universe) with understanding, to have a truly rich universe free of ignorance and chaos....... we are all born knowing nothing, born into the original sin of total ignorance (noun) And that is our gift from god......
