Sounds like this guy is speaking as if he were the prosecutor Johnson's defense attorney because he doesn't want her to receive any jail time for her blatant bias, unethical and obstructive actions by telling law enforcement officers not to arrest the guilty parties because she knows them. She transferred the case because she knew it was clear to anyone with a brain there was a direct conflict of interest with the defendants. I can see why lawyers are hated so much.

Johnson broke the law regarding a murder, she needs to be made accountable. As a lawyer she knew what she was doing. It was not a wrong decision it was a crime because she was the person who decided she had the power to be judge and jury for a well documented vicious murder. Excuses can’t be used when breaking the laws of our land, that is in the United States Constitution!

How is this guy even an attorney?...

The cops wanted to arrest the same day. She stopped them, and then referred the case. The second one didn’t fact check her, and when with her decision. The fact that he knew his son was a conflict of interest, before knowing the facts of the case makes him stupid and should be fired. But the original sin that delayed the case was created by Johnson. You can’t make a decision about arrest, and then recuse yourself. She’s guilty but probably won’t serve no time, but those law licenses should be permanent revoked and disbarred. Same for the second DA.
