I'm really into the gray/green trend. It's such a stunning array of shades within that range. My favorite is Evergreen Fog. I'm painting my exterior Evergreen Fog next Spring. Cannot wait!!
I used pale powder which is a really airy breathy version of teresa's green with it being more grey and demure. Teresas green comes off very minty when in the light, which would obviously work, but for bedrooms/ cozy rooms, use a softer pale powder
I was thinking of James White! Also Picture Gallery Red as a complementary color, maybe as an inspiration for upholstery. Red and green, when they’re very toned down, are beautiful together all year not just holidays.
This pigeon is a lovely greenish gray color. But I already did bm Nantucket grey which reminds me of this color. I did not think to use yellow against it on my walls but my yellow dining chairs upholstery does look great with it. So that’s a nice idea to use yellow with the green. 👏🏻👏🏻🥰
Such a beautiful color! But F&B is $147 a gallon! OMG I had no idea. Well, I've read that BM's Oil Cloth is a close match to Pigeon and that seems to be true from what I'm seeing online.
Ooo that’s pretty. I think I like the Behr & SW alternatives as well very much. Hmm well that Down pipe is stunning & your off white choice too. The others look great but I’m more cooler leaning. I’m not sure if I would use them in my current home. I’m currently using white, grey, & off black oh & navy all Behr. There is a room in our front entrance foyer that is currently similar to this color, more of a yellow green. I was thinking it might be better as a more silver sage color if it remains green in this area. This could work, maybe. I currently live in Iowa. But I moved here from Arizona and I’m thinking of going back eventually. One thing about your palate is that I think it would work very well in the southwest and blend with some of the existing colors used there and or landscape. Well more compliment or contrast than blend. So perhaps for future use.
I am on the hunt for a light and warm SW green in a west facing plant room that won't look blue in bright sunlight. I was shocked about just how many of the paint samples looked blue in sunlight.
I was so excited to test out pigeon on my kitchen cabinets however in my south facing home, it looked terrible. Way too grey and dark. Still looking for the perfect grey/green. So far jogging path is the best

Thanks for providing close alternatives to Pigeon for those of us deprived of F & B.

I LOVE Pigeon and Teresa’s Green, but honestly the entire episode is Spectacular, Bravo 👏🏼 James
This color is quickly becoming my favorite. It might even tip Evergreen Fog, in my books! Would be beautiful as an exterior house main color
Love Pigeon!

I love Evergreen Fog with Still Waters, as you recommended and Contented is number one favorite. 💚
Trim that green-grey with bamboo (yellow with a touch of beige). I have one bedroom wall in this, or more avocado green, and I love it.

Loved this video, very informative. This definitely helps me narrow down my choices. Thanks and best wishes.

I just used Bemjamin Moore Wedgewood Grey. Def has green undertones
Thanks for info on Pigeon.
Love these colors.
I've been telling people about pigeon for a long time!!!!!!!

Could you please review Benjamin Moore's Gray Mirage?
Wimborne is nice 😊

Try bm nantucket grey. I painted my kitchen and breakfast room and it reminds me of the green fog green waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
I tend to lean on FB for deeper more complex colors like Hague Blue or Green Smoke - so to me, it makes no difference what the LRV is….
Is there such a thing as a light reflectance app? Like for paints that don’t kindly give this info out?
All paint companies give the information out.
@@chandracox6814 i think he said farrow and ball doesn’t give that information out.
It’s all about the UNDERtones. Colors look so different in the house from the store. Took me forever to find a simple blue. 🤦🏼♀️
Break away from gray!
