Hoshi being a character in this is so interesting because he is a very popular man in a very popular Japanese legend. He is blind, and whilst waiting for his owner to come home, he plays his biwa. The ghost of a samurai from a very sad slaughter in history hears Hoshi and demands he plays for the other victims of the massacre. When the owner comes home, he finds out about this, and when it comes time for him to leave again he makes his other followers paint special kanji all over him, to make it so the samurai doesn’t see him. The only problem? They’d forgotten Hoshi’s ears! The ghost can only see those, so he rips them right off of Hoshi to show he went to go see the blind, now deaf, man. Even though this is a repost, dang am I glad to see this! I really love watching your videos and your recaps are really good! but they have all just been very sexual related animes, which is not my style... (those female characters were to hard to look at) so I am just really glad I could watch those one through to the end
This anime is so underrated 😭
Dude, this would be a kick-ass video game
