I would say you missed a big one with Boylan Heights. Right in the middle of downtown. Walk to the amphitheater / civic center, Walk to Glenwood south, walk to downtown Fayetteville street, walk to the new train station and Wearhouse dist. , Weaver st. market and food hall. Again, a big one you missed.
I haven’t lived in the Triangle since college (‘92 grad) and am considering returning. Looking for walkable, lots of restaurants/bars/infrastructure but am also north of 50 so probably don’t want to live adjacent to campus. Would be renting (initially) so looks like downtown/Boylan Heights/Warehouse D but open to suggestions.

Great breakdown of walkable neighborhoods in raleigh!
Love this video, as I cannot drive...would love to see one covering the most walkable areas of the rest of the triangle 🙂
We will keep doing more!

Nice!
i like the video. i like oakwood and north hills
Bums me out that Raleigh’s city limits make up 155 square miles and less than 5 of those are actually walkable.

I think that I would have switched North Hills in the list for The Warehouse District.
Agree, Weaver Street Market is a great walkable grocery store.
Oakwood is very close to an area that isn't quite as walkable. Hillsborough Street is one of my favorites to ride through.
The one thing Oakwood lacks is grocery store options.
👍👍💯
As long as you wear Kevlar and are heavily armed all of Raleigh is safe. But don’t go to Durham unless armed with automatic weaponry
yes because that is required to walk through the million dollar neighborhoods showcased …. dumb fuck
"REally really popular well known park in the area" No one is in it? totally empty.. What time of day was this filmed? so empty....
We try to film during quieter days and times
Sooo you’re gonna showcase a neighborhood that regular smegular people can actually afford, when???
Have several times already
