This video outlines how to cut diamond plate with electric sheers. We sell both the Electric sheers and the Diamond Plate panels at Onlinediamondplate.com
The aluminum diamond plate in the video is our embossed aluminum diamond plate with a thickness of .025 inches. We've also used these shears on .045" thick aluminum diamond plate without issue. We haven't tried using these shears with thicker diamond plate, but they may not be the best option for aluminum over .045" thick. For cutting thicker diamond plate our customers most commonly use a grinder or similar tool with a metal cutting wheel. If using a cutting wheel you may need to file the edges smooth. Hope this helps! Greg @ Online Diamond Plate
I listen to others, so I will give you some info bro, to help, try not to drag out the video or the explanation, think of people as judges keep it short and sweet and to the point without doing all the drawing, I almost turned you off because I don't want to watch someone draw a line we all know how to do that and your intro and outro got merit so hope ya don't get butt sore over an honest opinion. nice video other than that and thanks
What size diamond plate is that?? It looks thin?? How thick of a plate can you cut with that nibbler??

& he never mentioned the thickness of the plate, Looks like 1/16" won't work on 1/4" Plate
