Yeah. It reminds me of the dark zone extraction points in The Division. People would just camp next to them, kill you and take your loot. It got old quick.
There are multiple extraction points that the holder of the briefcase can use at any time. That strat is ineffective as the holder can just use a different one to the one you camped.
This feels like a very ineffective way to run a spy agency.
