I've always been a slim woman but as i got older i gained a few more pounds than i'd like. I've lost 5KG's literally doing NOTHING but affirming "I am skinny af, i've always been this way" and visualising my body from when i was 20 years old.
Girlll that’s happened to me recently. I’ve always had abs and toned muscles. When I stopped nursing my son I gained 15 lbs. My belly was chunky with cellulite. Never in my lifeeee. I went to 3 workout classes and I have abs again with no fat. Coming right off. I “did” something but not much lol

This is true. This also pertains to the Von Erich family. They all believed they had a “family curse” and somehow negative events manifested for all of them. When I watched iron claw and saw their story unfold all I could think of is how their negative beliefs became to fruition.

Drake sings about wealth and women problems and his life reflects that. My gut told me years ago to look into alter egos and then just adopt the persona of my ideal self similar to what’s being said in this video, I’ve been playing and not going all in (making a firm decision) at this moment I AM fully emotionally and mentally committed to doing out. THIS was an excellent birthday gift, thank you... I live by this because YES its 100% true! My 'day ones'/and my core circle of friends always laugh and ask me 'how is it, you getting OLDER, but looking YOUNGER'. They question me, asking for beauty secrets, diet tips (lol... ha) or just chalk it up to 'good genes'. Really... Im seeing its this: My (internal dialogue) is this:(plays on repeat in my head, my entire life, since childhood) I am SPOILED-I can have anything I fkn want. I am loved, I am very protected...by everyone who knows me, friends, family and the universe like a baby. I am the BABY of my crew. I'm everyone's 'lil sister'. And even when I fk up, no one will ever hold it against me because they know it was an honest mistake with no malicious intent. Love this analogy. I watched wrestling with my brother almost every I think it was Sunday morning back in the 80’s with my brother. When Rowdy Roddy Piper came on the scene we would boo because we didn’t like him because we thought he was so cocky. But then he became one of my favorite wrestlers him along with Andre The Giant and of course Ric Flair. I am definitely taking on this persona of living my best life. And again the wrestling analogy makes perfect sense.

OMG Eric! What are the odds of this happening? I had a dream of a pro-wrestling situation today which was really random and here you are, in the morning, drawing analogies of claiming the I AM in you like a phenomenal pro-wrestler as your true identity!
This was awesome!
Also, reminds me of Shawn Michaels, my favourite of all time! He would keep saying he is the showstopper, the icon, the Main Event especially when he was "the bad guy" and people loved to hate him. Soon wrestling fans went nuts for him because of his attitude and his ultimate identity of being who he is- the GOAT!

Love this analogy. I watched wrestling with my brother almost every I think it was Sunday morning back in the 80’s with my brother. When Rowdy Roddy Piper came on the scene we would boo because we didn’t like him because we thought he was so cocky. But then he became one of my favorite wrestlers him along with Andre The Giant and of course Ric Flair.
I am definitely taking on this persona of living my best life. And again the wrestling analogy makes perfect sense.
