I can’t remember who made it, but there is a setup that routes your AC to the intercooler to drop intake temps. Then you turn it off just before you drive into the burnout box.
1000hp to wheels or crank? I got a whipple 3.0 On a 6.4 srt chrysler I'm about to try n get close to that i have the built engine just need to to rebuild my transmission but I love the scat bruh
how many psi are you running? with a forged block id assume you could go 20-30 easy. i want to do the same with a 392 forged short block and run it at 20 psi.

Still waiting on hellraiser to send my software tho. But I'm building a forged big cam 392 at the time of the hp90 swap. And opted to use a stock hp90 for now with a 3200 stall converter. Glad to hear the setup works good
Nice setup. After talking to hellraiser I decided not to build my hp90 either. They seem pretty reliable. How much power did you put though your HP70? I did have a trans cooler on my hp70 (and hp90 now) which probably helped mine not die. I noticed a few times it got super hot so I added the cooler. I had a 1997 pickup that I smokled the trans in (my first car) due to heat. I learned my lesson. I always add trans cooling. I like to be able to hot lap.
@@DadMods I was at around 510-520 whp. But it was tuned by someone that I've now found out is is known to remove the torque management on his trans tunes which may have attributed to its early demise. I'm looking at around 550whp on NA with the new setup with goals of up to 1000whp after I do a gen 5 whipple. I got my trans from Ripatuned and talking with Steve he said these can take up to about 1100whp when properly tuned. So it should hold up for a bit at least and if not at least I'll be setup with the 90 if I have to send it to hellraiser for upgrades. I also got a billet bypass valve from RevMaxx . The one hellraiser sells. Does away with the thermatic controlled trans cooler bypass so the cooler gets 87% more flow and is allowed to cool 100% of the time. Not just when the trans gets hot. Supposed to help keep it much cooler

Say what yall want I don't believe 1000whp at all.. I manage a track down here in south carolina.. 1000whp hellcats.. mustangs.. camaros.. they are trapping 160+ in every event I'm thinking more around 780 whp would be a safe bet only trapping 135 ..

you never hit more than 12 psi , you need to change the pulley setup to make the boost come in faster and higher
