Art and the Environment in Concrete Genie

Who is the true antagonist of Pixelopus' Concrete Genie? And what does the game have to say about art and environmentalism?
The answers might be murky... but, I think, for a compelling reason.

BEHIND THE SCENES:
- I'm a bit bummed I couldn't release the original cut for this where I used Concrete Genie’s original OST. It was one of my proudest edits. Foolishly, I like to edit to music -- so swapping out songs for copyright is tough. :(

I found you though your npcs of hyrule video today and I binged through alot your content without really looking at your viewcounts, likes or subscribers.
When I finally did, I was shocked because your videos are so good, I expected you to have waaaayyyy more views and followers. I hope that some more people who viewed your latest video will stay as well, because you absolutely deserve a bigger audience
