Salam..... Dr. Jawed..... Mai apko batati hoon...main1992 meDist hospital Aligarh me internship kar rahi thi meri duty labour room me lagi. Ek khatoon ke breech baby ki delivery karni thi. Work load zyada tha koi staff nurse aur senior doctor nahi tha jo mujhe guide karta. Maine first time woh delivery karaye head deliver hote waqt mujh se mishandling hui aur cervical vertebra fracture ho gaya. Baby ki death ho gayi. Maloom hua 7 betyon ke bad woh beta paida hua tha. Mera dil aj bhi us gham se dukhi hota hai.

I have to point out another thing which is very important that you missed in the presumed ectopic pregnancy case. Even if it was an ectopic pregnancy, because the girl was a minor, by common law, it is considered statutory rape. We need to understand as physicians that it is not our place to judge people. Our job is to treat them and give our honest professional opinion to the patients. Being non-judgement towards the patient is part of medical ethics and unfortunately, in Pakistani medical schools, we don’t teach any of that.
Have you not done urine pregnancy test or beta HCG to confirm at the time of surgery or just after the surgery.
Pregnancy to early stage mein khatam hogae drs ne ye assume kerlia i am 44 years married woman mujhe geavy bleeding issue tha phir aik cystic discover hoe operate kia drs ne us ko biopsy ke lie bhaija it was a dead pregnancy jab ke urine test bhi negative tha
Acute Emergency main operation ki hastle main ,sometimes urine or blood would not be checked. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
