I got a job few weeks ago in capgemini. with CTC: Rs. 3.15 Lacs p.a. it was like a mass recruiting placement exam at college. But why am i not as happy as others who got the job? lol btw they said the position is software / system engineer. but it's not that true, i guess.
Yes we want more videos sir...sir i am in last year of 3 year diploma and after diploma i want to take admission in b.tech lateral entry ...so sir i want to know is that placement process is same for lateral entry student or we need to do something more than normal students...
I have got my masters from even worst college which has lot of bias politics as well as brand building. Students who all dint even got any job are listed in our placed students from this batch. Only 20% students got placed from the college rest 40% found job by their own college had no role but college says it has provided highest% of placement. And selected 20% students include students as you said lot of students have worked for 6 months for free and they are now jobless.

Hello sir , i have one doubt actually i got an offer from 1 startup company and then i appeared in online contest named as TCS codevita and i cleared the first round , after this they called me for an interview and then they offered me differential package of 7LPA and in startup they were giving 4.5 LPA , and TCS hr told me that since you've given a differential package you will be mapped to an exciting project (bcz they don't hire people for small task at high pay scale..)and as per my thinking it's a golden opportunity , but still i have a doubt , which one to select .., sir can you please guide me here...

I feel my college is not good enough. I think I should drop out and learn android development. I am in second year and I know only basic c++ that too I learnt in school. I didn't learn anything productive until now after joining college. Also its necessary to mention that attendance is everything and my college timing is 10am to 5pm. No time after college 😥. So, what do you recommend what should I do ?
you just cannot programming language in college. It should be done on your own. If you can check the syllabus includes how programs works, what data structure can you use, how you can come up with algorithms to solve problems and also management, design patterns ,development cycle. Also syllabus includes different architecture which we won't even bother to learn if on your own. If learn everything you will be more than just a programmer. Having a degree is more than just a programmer
