ABOUT THIS VIDEO
We get questions from good people all over the world asking, "How can I come to the USA to work and live?" Well, the truth is that it's very rare for a person to simply "show up" and live in America with permanent residency from the first day.
There are two, clear cut, and sequential, paths that lead from a temporary arrival to permanent residency (if you eventually, after you arrive, want permanent residency): (1) arrive as a student; or (2) arrive as a worker with a job offer.
He is just the best lawyer. He understands the law. And he is talking like a regular friend that tells you the truth
I dont mean to be so offtopic but does someone know of a way to log back into an Instagram account?
I somehow lost the password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me!

Ignorant, Christopher Columbus was responsible for leading the fleet that reached the American continent on October 12, 1492, under the orders of the Catholic Kings of Spain, in the so-called discovery of America.
Therefore my dear the USA and a country colonized totally by immigrants, all that live in this country has and its ginealogica tree an ancestor that came from another country mainly European origins

Hi Art,

Great info.
I have heard if i stay there frequently 5 years in a raw then i could be able to get permanent residency . That means to me a green card . Aren't they same ? And if i get into a college by student visa and however i get to pass 5 years there would not govt. give me green card ? so why would i need work visa again ? Please answer .
Is it possible to get and STEM extension from a 2 year diploma or just bachelor or higher?
Thanks
He is right, I got a J1. I got into one of the best universities in the USA and I did great. But then I had to come back to my home country. :(
Hey. Hopefully you respond and help me with my situation. I am currently 23 years old from the UK and I work in fabrication. I am currently getting a qualification in welding and by March I should have a level 2 in ‘working in engineering’ which means I can do MIG TIG and GAS welds (my dad told taught me to weld but getting the qualifications to prove I can do it to move) I am wanting to move ruffly about June time. Is the H-2B visa what I want and how long is the process to be accepted or not? Do you have any tips?
Thanks
is it true that Asians like me as a Filipino cannot get green card even without relatives in the USA, what is the solutions about this?
I am a fresh graduate with no physical experience in my line of work only freelance design experience, I graduated with a GPA of 3.11 in visual art as an Interior Designer. Which VISA should I apply for and why?
Hi Mr. Art, well, I have a very peculiar case involving a child who came to the US with his parents for a visit to his grandparents who live here. He wanted to study in America and so he joined middle school. In the meantime, his dad who wanted to save his visitor status and B1/B2 Visa, went back to his home country before the 6 month stay permit expired. His child ran out of status by overstaying, but continued to study in the US and successfully graduated high school last year. He is now in college.
Now here comes the problem. Since he hasn't got legal status or Social Security, he is unable to apply for scholarships and this is proving a burden to his father who now has to send money from out of the US to fund his son's college education. Someone was talking about filing for DACA (I don't know what that means) because he entered the US legally years ago and completed high school.
Could you please throw some light on how this young man can get some kind of legal status in the US? Thank you.
Thanks , my Question is I am computer science degree holder i got work offer what Tayep of visa do I need to choose?
If one applied before 18 for an alien card through family and was granted. However let the card expire. Is it easier to re new it now or no?
Good morning Sir and thank you so much for the explaination🙏🏻 How to apply student visa in 2021? Because i've been searched it and i found explaination from 2-5years ago😭. Thank you🙏🏻

Am a graduate at AIU and have been invited to attend a graduation ceremony also a member of the society of civil engineers, how can I turn the tourist visa into a work visa and live in the US.
What if I already went to college in my home country? Because I intend on doing a master degree or a certificate program. These steps still apply for this situation?
hello there, i like your videos, you got charisma, got a question, do you know a company or a employer that might sponsor h2b workers , or a recruiter, I'm from south Mexico, any information might help, thank you.

I want to move to America preferably as soon as possible. I am 17, and finishing my A-levels next year in England. How can I get to live in America ASAP.

I love your voice sir, you give perfect information. I want to come in USA legally. I am from nepal and I did't get approved for US EDV visa lottery. Now I don't know what to do. Another lottery chance will come next year. Please can you provide me how to apply for US visa online...
I kinda regreted not getting that worker visa from college back then.. lol can I get a tourist visa even not having proof of my ties in my country I don't have a job here it's too OP as in no space left for someone to start, red tape too and insanely low monthly salary.
ive been 3 times in usa already and now i have two young kids and i really want to go live at california working as uber, the same that i do here . what should i do ?
Thanks a lot for your helpfull videos, give some kind of hope ^^
But what bothers me, if you end up graduading successfully, like Masters in Psychology or whatever, it must be really hard to find and employee and to get an job at the end, or?
Because still, the rule counts that an employee has to proofe, that no born american could do the same job...
How does this effect Ghanians that want to come here now??? We were think about doing the school visa
What if i stay with b1 visa in united state for 5 years and return my country without catch...... Wil they catch me on airport or they just cancelled my visa and allow me to return my country without any fine
So if someone comes here as a visitor and finds a job in a family business (but not immediate family) can he/she apply for a working visa then?? Or does it have to be a serious job like as part of a company etc.? I know someone who came here as a visitor and found a job in his aunt's restaurant and also was offered another permanent job in another restaurant so can he/she apply for the work visa? Also do they apply for it from here or when they return back home can they apply for it from there..?
Yes, it is very realistic to work gor a family-owned company in the USA, especially on an E-2 visa.
E-2 EXAMPLE: Pretend you are French and you come to the USA to work in a clothing store owned by your Uncle, who lives in France.
You can work in your Uncle's French-owned American business because you are French and alive!
GOOGLE "E-2 Treaty Countries" to see which countries have the E-2 Treaty with the USA
Its was really really nice
Hi, I have B1 B2 visa and I intend to buy Fish Farm in USA. What are my options, if I dont want to apply for E2 visa?
