Cap Bon Ami (Gaspesie, Quebec Staycation)

Ah Gaspesie...
A breath of fresh air after so many months of being good and staying home. It feels great to be outdoors enjoying the best of what Quebec has to offer. We have been wanting to visit Gaspesie for a while now. Here was our opportunity. This video was shot on June 22nd, the official first day Park Forillon re-opened. We had our opportunity, and we had no intentions of messing it up.
Cap Bon Ami is within the park, not too far from our campsite, but a bit of a trek on foot so we decided to take the truck. Not only is there beach access, pic-nic tables and flush bathrooms, but Cap Bon Ami is the trail-head for many of the park's prettiest hikes.
