@@chrisl83yeah that definitely wasn’t going to happen. I’ve heard from… a source familiar with the situation… that crown’s metals feature really hurt them because it wasn’t totally “clean” even though it was intended purely as an effect. Still not sure they would’ve cleared vanguard, even though imo crowns 2014 brass book was even harder and more cleanly executed than 2013.

To be fair, 2014 and 2015 were insane across the board, and even as not a fan of BD I agree with their placement both years. I’m not sure “overshadowed” is accurate in this case, because everyone’s memory of 2014 is definitely dominated by tilt.
