I had a 1968 dodge coronet hemi super B and I loved it sold it to a friend whose dad bought it for him to bring to college it didn’t last a couple of days it was stolen and stripped completely it was a total loss.
I had a 68 Coronet R/T 440 and I loved it. I regret ever selling that car. Those little round marker lamps looked so good. I can’t imagine selling a 68 Hemi Super B. I would still be crying!

For the Challenger it’s more inconvenient for a power passenger seat because of how you need to move it to get to the back seats, the Charger does have a passenger power seat, but if you ask me I wish there was a option to get it without any power or heated seats, they’re just extra weight for unnecessary things in a performance car
@@firedemon2166 I haven't had a power seat in years, and it works great for me--I see your point about the added weight and always having to move the passenger seat to get to the back seat. But--for many, that heated/cooled seat option just can't be given up.
By far the only “last call” edition car I’d actually buy but kinda sad they didint put a hellcat engine in it considering they teased a super stock charger a while ago! Either way imagine a manual charger with super stock suspension and tires👀 would be a dream car
Seeing these glorious road warriors with names that harken back to my teens in the 60's brings tears to my eyes. With the coming of electrics, looking at these wonderful flashback cars is like going to one long wake. The memories are warm and inviting, while the reality is frigid and stark. End of an ERA.🥺

That’s exactly what I bought… I love it ❤❤❤❤here in Dallas Texas already put 220 miles every where I been so far most dudes drul over it… the drag mode it’s not programmed but track mode does the same thing… you have to drive it over at least 500 miles to get access to it

Sorry Joe, I'm not buying the smaller rotors and calipers for weight savings for drag racing..... Its a scat pack with stickers and hellcat wheels/tires. It pains me to see so many people in the comments thinking owning something like this is a collectors piece ......smh
Technically only 500 of these. The other 500 will be the B5 Blue narrow body with the 275 tires. That may be quicker, but then again, the Technology Group, sunroof and all the other non Drag options are kind of weird. In the end, the markup on these is huge, if you even find them. Most are being tucked away in storage.
The Superbee does not come with a Sunroof, this is just a SEMA car, however, the Swinger does come with a sunroof, also not sure if the Superbee comes with the REDEYE hood either. Again this a SEMA car they made a the last minute. Also, the Superbee will come with SRT black exhaust tips. Pricing is $68,895
Good info. Regarding sunroofs, dealers are all too happy to cut a hole in your perfectly good roof and install a sunroof for ~$1500. The only way to avoid it for most of these cars is to put in a custom order or request they leave it off a model you're interested in.
The Dealer markup is going to be insane on likely any Charger/Challenger for the final years of Hellcat/Scat Packs. I'm betting this car is going to be 70K+
I’ve had several dodge products mostly challengers two had to three 392 in.³ hemi and the other two were hellcat and hellcat redeye three 392 in.³ was a snore it was fairly quick but after driving a hellcat redeye there’s no comparison.
The Plum Crazy is just ridiculous (but in a good way) and this is a really good way to say goodbye to the Charger/Challenger after years of production. Since Dodge is shifting towards electrification, the Charger will most likely become an EV along with the Challenger.
You are going to see the worst mistake ever made by a car company. The vast majority of MOPAR fans do not want an EV. You will see company CEOs in shock about the abysmal sales. Jeep will see the same fate being they are following the same business model and they also have a hard core fan base.
Alright Joe with this Charger I'm sure it drives like a superfly and stings like a bee! I'm impressed inside and out, but I wish Dodge would pay attention to little things like the exhausts and the horn button on their steering wheels. Bit overall it definitely rocks like a hurricane and I would say it's love at first STING. 😏

Joe I was all set to drive 4 hours and order one at the lowest markup I could find (7k). Last minute went with the 2023 Challenger Hellcat at a 5k markup.
What's up Joe? Great Video but It's really disappointing about these " Last Call " models. Chrysler has dropped the ball, all these models are just expensive stickers and trim. No real performance. It's MOPAR ( Motor Parts ) Well none of them have any performance parts on them. I mean this one is just the stock engine. Put a performance exhaust and a cold air intake and tweak the computer. Give it 500 hp at least for goodness sakes. Sorry rant over...LOL
I'm more of a Challenger fan but this charger is sick the demon Wheels the paint job 😈the graphics 🔥just plain nasty😷🤮 and with it being only a thousand made that makes it super rare so it's only going to appreciate in value🤑 come on Dodge I can't go EV on me.. 😩 please reconsider please 🙏🏿🙏🏿
In my humble opinion. Hell Cats are too much car and financial burden. Scat Pack is sweet performance middle ground. But the last call mark ups (15K) are a bit much. I really feel confident that the best trim level bang for your buck is by far the R/T. They are sweet!
I just wish dodge can just update their infotainment system already. Give us a full electronic analog gauge, or just something different man. The 8 inch screen, is just getting outdated. Idk I'm a big fan of this, but for the price your paying for the engine of course, but great review.

A manual Charger 392 is what Id really want. My 2020 392 is my very first automatic. Its nice and fun but I miss my manuals.
Basically the jailbreaks are super stocks.
Different tires, wheels, brakes, suspension on SuperStock which is closer to the Demon.
