    Creamy Pumpkin Porridge
    Yield :4 servings
    1 lb Pumpkin, cooked
    1 cup oats
    3 cups water
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 cinnamon leaves
    1 nut meg mace
    1 tsp grated nutmeg
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup evop milk
    Procedure
    1. Bring one cup water with sugar, cinnamon leaves, mace, and salt to a boil in a medium sauce pot.
    2. Puree the Pumpkin and oats with 2 cups of water until smooth.
    3. Pour the puree Pumpkin mixture in to boiling water, stirring until thicken. Simmer for 7 minutes.
    4. Add evaporated milk, vanilla and nutmeg. Stir to combine, simmer five minutes more and serve.
    Garnish with toasted nuts and condensed milk for an extra texture
