My granddaughter goes back on Aug. 15th here in Florida.
I grew up in N.Y. and we never went back until after Labor Day.

I have loved following along with your sourdough journey! I started mine a week ago and have only had luck with using organic rye flour. I can't get it to rise at all when I try to use unbleached AP flour! I'm on day two of reviving it and it doubled again today so hopefully it's getting stronger and I can start to add in some unbleached bread flour.
Yes! I actaully just started to add a tad rye to my starter and it’s looked great!
