Yet alone going to an island, far away from pretty much everything in which physical activity is pretty limited has been a challenge for me in the past. Coming to Koh Lipe and spending now almost 7 days doing absolutely nothing but snorkeling, sunbathing, eating and exploring a bit made me realise I can actually do it. I can let myself do nothing. (I'm aware that snorkeling and swimming is physical activity but it's the bare minimum compared to what I did in the past). And it feels super freeing! Not worrying about anything essentially and feeling at complete balance. What I’m trying to say is that if you’d told me 6 months ago I’d be having a 3-course breakfast, I wouldn't believe you. But I did! And it felt GOOD. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed the video and put your own habits into a greater perspective. Yes it’s important to be active, and so but don’t forget to let yourself rest. And enjoy it.
Wow your energy is so much more bright than a few moths ago you have already come so far, super excited to see you continue to blossom into your true self xx
Recovery feels so hard right now, I hope one day I can travel and enjoy life like you do. Thanks for sharing that it’s possible and for all you do to contribute to the ED community
Welcome to Thailand! Wish you have a great time here Katharina. I have planned to visit Koh Lipe for many years but haven’t had a chance. Anyway, I really enjoy your vlogs. Good vibe and music
Yet another beautiful video presented to us by a beautiful young woman. I loved the scene with the fish and the background song that you picked was perfect and very motivational. Your happiness is contagious and I love to see the glow you now have. It was also so inspiring to see you in your swim gear knowing that you have struggled with BDD. I'm sure it took a lot of courage! (Which you look great btw😉) Anyway, keep on staying strong, and thanks for encouraging all of us!😊❤
Aaah thank you so much! Everything you're saying is so right. It's stil a challenge for me to wear certain clothes, especially swimsuits, and feel comfortable. Not to forget eating whilst wearing it! But thank you so much for your kind words. I'm happy you're watching 😊❤
@@katharinaschneiderr You are certainly crushing the challenges! And like I said before, I'd LOVE to talk with you on more of a consistent friendship level if you are open to it? You are such an amazing person
Interesting to see how „doing nothing“ can be perceived differently, cause to me you still did do a lot 😅 But thanks for sharing, your channel is my safe place ❤️
You’re right but I really wanted to focus on “doing nothing” in a recovered term - mentally, not exercising for instance. I’m glad you think so, makes me really happy ❤️❤️
Wonderfull video you are having a time of your life i love it. Could you tell me how much the fee is in usa dollars for the state park you are at i apologies i don't know much about currency out side the usa. I love how happy you are and just being you the food looks great the water looks warm can't get any better then that for sure . Happy anniversary thats wonderful congratulations enjoy the time and celebrate.
@KatharinaSchneider02 do european waitresses make a lot? There's no way an America waitress could afford to travel that much. Which video do you discuss this?
Absolutely no. I'm from Denmark and it's definetly not the same all around Europe. Keep in mind that I still live at home and I don't pay rent for an apartment meanwhile. But I work 6-8-10 hour shifts 4-5 days a week. So it adds up! Anyway, at home I don't really spend any money hence why this is possible. It's all about saving and prioritising! There is a huge mental difference between exercise and moving your body… both can be very beneficial depending on your attitude

Koh Lipe was absolutely fantastic! One of the nicest islands I've visited :)

400 bhat is just short of 12 USD so it's fairly cheap! We're extremely happy here!
How do you pay for all your travels?
I work full time in a restaurant as a waitress and a bit behind the counter stuff too. I shared it in a video a couple of months ago!

ぼくもすきだよ。
can i ask how you afford all the travelling? 😭🤍
savings i guess 😊
I posted a video a couple of months ago explaining this but I basically work full time at home whenever I don’t travel :) which is 85% of my time haha
@Bailey-zn2je is right too. Especially during covid when travelling wasn’t possible and I was still in school, working aside from studying :)
@@katharinaschneiderr if you don't; mind sharing what kind of work do you do? a freelancer or work remotely for a danish company?
