Shane Waldron planned and called a poor game. Cole Kmet is too good as an outlet to be ignored by Waldron. If our center is going to get blown up every week, we need to use Kmet more, not less.

The complete breakdown shows if he hit 3 throws, it would have been a completely different game. It wasn't all bad, no turnovers.
He was horrible Courtney? He would have had a TD to Allen, dropped a perfect pass. Missed on Allen in a TD pass on a post when the center stumbled over Jenkins foot and fell on his ass, pass deflected. Those two plays are made and you’re singing a completely different song.
If he makes those 2 plays if makes him look better but it doesn’t negate the other throws that were inaccurate. Granted the o line damn sure aint block worth crap but hes a rookie thats gonna make rookie mistakes. That said, he definitely will need to be better and i think he will be

He was about as accurate a passer as Mitch was. Why do you guys simp so much for these QBs around here? Obviously, it was his first game and I don't think it was a problem that will continue. But why can't you just admit he was bad?
He was jacked, adrenaline through the roof… that’s nerves….. throwing balls high, throwing them low, overthrowing wide open receivers etc etc….he played terrible. A few plays could’ve made it look a lot better but at the end of the day he’s a rookie and he has to get used to the speed of the game, glad he got the W while doing so.
Kudos to Eberflus. Unlike Waldron, he had a good plan and his players executed.
