Craig had the offer of riding a PRE65 Rigid BSA Bantam at a local event and he couldn't resist! A great trial put on by Stroud Valley MC with lots of smiles from Craig and gang!

That looks like a genuine D1 1950 from the factory (0nly introduced mid-1949). Prior to then the road rigid was modified for off road. Can we see you on a big Ariel/Matchless/BSA Goldstar and see what you think about the weight!

But that isn’t a D1 engine… looks like a much later 175 (possibly with 4 speed gearbox?) to me. Lovely bike though. Thanks for a good video. Les

A 50’s rigid bantam with a D14 or B175 engine from ‘68-‘70 heavily modded. Not exactly standard. 😂
