Really been enjoying your very informative videos. I am having a hard time getting simple information related to a simple question: "Where does a person who purchases a Blackhorse Viper 120mm get the different size thrust tubes 90mm,100mm,120mm which i imagine have to be specific to the viper, correct? Thanks for all your doing. Great videos
VERY NICE flight and landing, this is what is looks like when keep a model light. What is the efflux out of the tail cone? It sounds like it could be in the 200 mph range ! Also, do you see a big voltage drop from LION? Thx in advance for any input
I think efflux at full battery is around 350km/h, My voltage drop is 20V at full battery at 120A and then goes down just before landing to around 17V at 100A
Love your videos & now I'm a new subscriber. I'm planning on getting this plane after seeing your videos. That said, I have several questions. 1) How well has the quality of the plane held up? 2) Would you recommend this plane? 3) What did you use to coat the plane with to get it that glossy? 4) What power plant did you like best on your plane? 5) Did you use the stock landing gear struts and what retracts did you use on them? Thanks and keep the videos coming...Cheers
Hi :) I think it is one of the nicest planes on the market now. Quality 9,5/10 Buy it for sure. Paint it with automotive clear lack, but clean it wilt alcohol first. I think the best would be WeMoTec 100mm edf with HET 700-83-1080kv on 14s. It will be a bit hot but power will be amazing and the whole drive is super light and sounds like real jet. I used the oryginal struts with Hobby King 12kg mechanics. Perfect fit :) and only 28 Euro piece. hobbyking.com/en_us/all-metal-servoless-90-degree-retract-for-large-models-10-12kg.html?queryID=531b0025119b62dc6040d4f43a5e4089&objectID=26454&indexName=hbk_live_magento_en_us_products_hbk_price_stock_7_group_0_asc&___store=en_us
@@EDFjetRC Thanks you for your response much appreciated. I'll probably have more questions once I get the plane over the winter. Really looking forward to this build. Cheers from Canada.
Hi Sir thank you very much for such a nice video My question please is about how to adapt a 100 mm edf to the inner ducts and the exhaust tube which are coming I guess sized for 120 mm It was difficult or you didn't use them I would appreciate very much if you explain me that Thank you again

Have checked your videos about this plane but didn't find the one shows the inside with the edf
please help
That is one very ROUGH looking flying field!.. .

Thank you again
As you can see in the videos I used only 20% of the intake ducts and than I used 100mm thrust tube all the way from the edf to the tail.
Thank you Sir
so you made a new thrust tube and also reduce the intakes inside of the fuse in front of the edf
I am corrrect?
best regards
That sounds SEXY xD
Why did you use li ions instead of a lipo?
