    i am struggling right now, and it’s so hard to get taken seriously because I’m not underweight and not overweight. My friend literally told me that she would stop me from restricting and not eating enough if it got unhealthy but it’s unhealthy either way. I don’t feel like that’s the right thing to do. Waiting until it gets dangerous doesn’t sound like a plan but I really can’t stop thinking about food, my weight and my body and I can’t stop restricting and skipping meals. At this point it IS unhealthy. Every time I eat anything it doesn’t matter how much I feel so disgusting and gross. I don’t want my parents to feel guilty because they did nothing wrong and I don’t want them to worry. I really don’t know how to ask for help and I really do not want to. I don’t know why I am saying this but I guess I just need to put it out there somewhere. I want to be thinner. And your videos help me realize that there isn’t a ballet body (I do ballet too) and i am feeling pretty good abt myself during ballet class now. So proud of you

      I'm really sorry for your story, but I would like to share how I helped myself without anyone. I realized not eating makes me fatter since it slowerd my metabolism because there is nothing to metabolize, and when you starve, your brain goes on survival mode and stores the fats to keep you functioning Fats are important too. I decided to make my plan and to eat every 3 meals, and they all include no fast food or unhealthy food. You can only eat a small portion of sugar to not ruin your hard work and because you need sugar in your day. I exercised after 2 hours of eating each day. But don't over exercise. I only exercised for 20-10 minutes so I don't overwork myself and get tired. It's important to keep moving your body instead of sitting all day. I realized later that it's all about balance too and when you don't eat carbs your brain will make you binge and it'sahrd to resist , so I made myself a free day where I can have ONE meal. Why one meal? Because eating all unhealthy meals for a day can ruin your hard work. And avoid watching anything while eating and eating too fast so your metabolism can work probably. I lost 21kgs with this balanced healthy diet. It's simple and it's my lifestyle now. Not only it makes you feel happy and satisfied it helps you develop a better body and muscles!
      I hope you try this diet and avoid being underweight or not eating enough fuel your body! doing this has a lot of bad side effects
      Remember everyone has their body type we really shouldn't be comparing or stressing about the home our soul lives in! Love you

    The way im recovering is because i got unexpectedly pregnant so im doing it for my baby not so much for me
