How to connect the watch to the app? It keeps on sending a message that device is offline although i scanned the QR code and it got paired?!

sos not working to make a call . just by manual he can choose the number and then he can call.

This is a useless watch. Bought one for my son and it just worked once and now he can hear me but I cannot hear him from his watch 😭
